My brother in law Robert and Nicola's wedding cake, what an honour to be asked and a nerve wracking experience. I have used the chocolate swirls before, but not on a stacked version, and also worked with white ganache for the first time too.

They knew the look of the cake, as it was bespoke. They were more than thrilled with the cake.
